HOW DO I USE IT?
When chia seeds soak in liquid they become gelatinous and pudding-like, so a lot of people use them to make a chia pudding that you can eat for breakfast. But chia seeds also make great additions to your smoothie, oatmeal, granola bars, bread, etc.
