I’m on vacation. You might be on vacation. You also might be at work wishing you were on vacation. So basically, I’m gonna keep this one short. Basically just a recipe and a video for ya.
I made this Citrus Espresso Tonic based on a drink I ordered from Toby’s Estate in Brooklyn. It’s citrusy and sweet and caffeinated AF, and most importantly DELICIOUS. So I decided to remake it at home and bring it to the people (aka. you.)
It’s basically just a few ingredients (espresso, agave nectar, orange blossom water, and orange seltzer water.) You combine them and voila – a delicious drink is born! If the orange blossom water freaks you out – don’t worry! I got mine from Whole Foods, but you can get yours off of Amazon. It’s not as intimidating as it sounds.
You can make your espresso anyway you want – moka, french press, coffee pot, etc. That’s basically a choose your own adventure thing. Do what you love. You can even just make some very strong coffee and make it with that.
Yay to fun drinks and summer and sipping them in the sunshine (hopefully!) xo.
