My favorite meals, no matter if it’s breakfast lunch or dinner, can only be described as “stuff in a bowl.” You know what I’m talking about. The quick and painless things you throw together in a bowl and they make magic in your mouth. Welp, that’s what you’ve got here. A ton of nuts and seeds thrown in a bowl, and refrigerated overnight to make a deeeelicious morning porridge. It could also be called chia pudding gone wayyy overboard. You’ve got crunchy almonds and walnuts, along with a slew of other seeds that make for a creamy, crunchy porridge experience like no other.

In the morning, pour your porridge into a bowl and eat up!
I always find that when I treat myself like a queen at breakfast, and eat the biggest most delicious meal of the day, the rest of my life falls into place. I’m less likely to over eat later in the day. I have more energy. I’m more awake with less caffeine. And I’m just all around more satisfied. Do you feel that way? Like breakfast can make or break your day? I don’t know. There’s the chance that I’m crazy on this one. But I really mean it. Mornings are important to me. So I’m excited to sit down with this porridge and start my day on a good note. I hope you do the same! MUWAH.
