This is a recipe I created exclusively for Treasures & Travels, a Vancouver based lifestyle blog. These ladies really know about good food and good times. And while you are at it, you can find my recipe for this Polenta and Baked Egg Breakfast Pizza, because… breakfast. DUH.
Here are the deets (aka. details)… the pizza is made with creamy polenta, roasted tomatoes and arugula, baked eggs, a creamy avocado vinaigrette, and Sriracha, all atop a whole wheat crust. It’s breakfast/brunch heaven. Super easy, and great for sharing or impressing guests. This way you can invite all of your friends and host a brunch at home. (Bonus: bottomless mimosas will be cheaper!) It’s really a win win win.
