WHAT IS IT?

WHAT MAKES IT HEALTH-IER?
Buckwheat is full of fiber, magnesium, and protein. Plus it’s great for gluten free treats!
HOW DO I USE IT?
Buckwheat flour is really dense, and has a unique flavor so you shouldn’t use it as a 1:1 replacement in baking. But you can use it in combination with other flours or binders!
