Medjool dates are a great natural sweetener, packed with fiber, and won’t spike your blood sugar like crazy.
HOW DO I USE IT?
Soak them in warm water if they aren’t soft, and eat a couple for dessert or blend them with non dairy milk to make a vegan caramel!
