This Maple Miso Gravy is going to CHANGE THE GAME at this year's Thanksgiving meal. It's super simple and easily made vegetarian!
Heat a large pan over low heat. Add butter and diced yellow onion. Sauté for 15-20 minutes.
After 15-20 minutes, add in all purpose flour and whisk. It will become thick and paste-like.
Add in hot chicken or vegetable stock, and whisk.
Add in miso paste, Coombs Family Farms Pure Maple Syrup, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Increase heat to medium-low, and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Transfer to gravy boat and pour over everything.
