Paleo Peach Smoothie

This Paleo Peach Smoothie is packed with healthy fats (avocado and coconut water), and the peach-ginger combo gives it the perfect sweet and spicy kick!

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1/2 small hass avocado
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated or finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut water


  1. Peel and grate or chop your ginger.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  3. Blend on high until smooth.

  4. DRINK UP.

Recipe Notes

If you have a high speed blender, chopping your ginger is fine, but if you have a regular blender, I highly recommend finely grating the ginger with a microplane. This will allow it to blend and incorporate more easily.
