Blueberry Almond Overnight Oats

Less than 10 ingredients and 5 minutes gives you the most perfect breakfast ever. These blueberry almond overnight oats are a protein packed breakfast!

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup frozen highbush blueberries, divided
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sliced almonds


  1. In mason jar combine oats, almond milk, almond butter, vanilla and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in ½ cup blueberries.
  3. Top with remaining ½ cup blueberries and sliced almonds.
  4. Cover. Refrigerate 4 hours-overnight.
  5. EAT UP.

Recipe Notes

*Frozen highbush blueberries are just your regular ole’ grocery store blueberries you eat all the time and won’t say “wild blueberries” on the package.
