Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Chop the tops off of your strawberries and add them to a blender or food processor along with the dates.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a container, and stir in your chia seeds.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
  5. Spread on toast, biscuits, grits, dessert grilled cheese, etc.
  6. EAT UP!
