  • 4-6 FlatOut Original Wraps
  • 2-3 cups spinach

Chickpea Salad Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sweet onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Pat your chickpeas dry, making sure no excess moisture remains from washing them.
  2. Combine all chickpea salad ingredients in a large bowl, and mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Lay a FlatOut Wrap flat, and layer in about 1/2 cup of spinach and 1 cup of chickpea salad.
  4. Do this for all wraps.
  5. EAT UP!
