Nut and Seed Overnight Porridge

This nut and seed overnight porridge is a great way to pack protein into your morning routine. Plus, it's super easy to make and ridiculously delicious!

  • 2 cups non dairy milk
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey (sub maple syrup or coconut nectar)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix until well incorporated.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a jar/jars or a bowl covered with plastic wrap.
  3. Chill in refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours.
  4. In the morning, pour your porridge into a bowl and eat up!
