This dairy-free Gingerbread Turmeric Latte is the perfect naturally sweetened treat for winter. Plus it can be made in your blender in less than 5 minutes!
Heat a small pot with non dairy milk over high heat until boiling. Once boiling, take off heat and let cool for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, add all of your spices, coconut oil, and coconut nectar to a blender.
Once the non dairy milk has cooled slightly, pour it into the blender. Blend on high until frothy (about 1 minute).
Pour into a mug and serve with gingerbread men (optional).
