Gingerbread Turmeric Latte

This dairy-free Gingerbread Turmeric Latte is the perfect naturally sweetened treat for winter. Plus it can be made in your blender in less than 5 minutes!

  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut nectar (sub honey or maple syrup)
  • 12 oz non dairy milk


  1. Heat a small pot with non dairy milk over high heat until boiling. Once boiling, take off heat and let cool for 2 minutes. 

  2. Meanwhile, add all of your spices, coconut oil, and coconut nectar to a blender. 

  3. Once the non dairy milk has cooled slightly, pour it into the blender. Blend on high until frothy (about 1 minute).

  4. Pour into a mug and serve with gingerbread men (optional).

  5. DRINK UP.
