  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Orgain Organic Protein & Superfoods Powder - Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles

  1. Add coconut flakes to a food processor and pulse a few times until it is in very small pieces.

  2. Add all other ingredients to the food processor, excluding the sprinkles, and pulse on high until the batter becomes wet and thick and sticks together.

  3. Transfer the "batter" to a small bowl and add the sprinkles. Use your hands to mix the sprinkles in to the batter.

  4. Use your hands to form the "batter" into 6-8 small balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating.

  5. EAT UP.

Recipe Notes

(Store the balls in the fridge, but know that the longer they chill, the harder they will be because of the coconut oil. So you may want to let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating them. )
