Oat Milk

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Rolled Oats
  • ½ tsp Honey
  • tsp Salt
  • 2 C Water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds.
  2. Strain through a double strainer, nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
  3. Pour into a storage container.
