Macadamia Matcha Latte

No need to buy expensive ingredients to make the creamiest dairy-free latte, this 6 ingredient Macadamia Matcha Latte will do the trick!

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, raw
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey (sub maple syrup or coconut nectar) I like my drinks very sweet, so use your discretion.
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt


  1. Heat your water in a small pot on the stove over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, add all other ingredients to your high speed blender. (You can try this recipe in a regular blender, but I think it might come out gritty.)

  3. After 5 minutes, take your water off the heat and transfer it to your blender. Add on the lid, and blend on high for 30 seconds - 1 min. You want the macadamia nuts to completely blend and a nice froth to form.

  4. Pour your latte into two mugs, or one really huge mug for yourself. 

  5. DRINK UP.
