Morning made perfect with this Green Tea Chia Pudding made with non-dairy milk, sweetened with honey, and sprinkled with spirulina (for an energy boost!)

  • 2 cups non dairy milk
  • 3 green tea bags
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

Top with (optional):

  • banana slices
  • bee pollen


  1. In a small or medium sized pot, heat your non dairy milk, green tea bags, and honey over high heat until boiling. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and whisk in your spirulina powder. Let sit for 3-5 minutes.
  2. After 3-5 minutes, remove the tea bags. Add your chia seeds to a large jar or bowl. Pour your liquid over your chia seeds and stir well.
  3. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours, stirring once or twice to reduce the clumping.
  4. Serve your pudding with bananas and bee pollen or eat straight out of the jar.
  5. EAT UP.
