  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Optional Toppings:

  • greek yogurt (sub non-dairy yogurt)
  • coconut flakes
  • sunflower seeds
  • blueberries
  • granola


  1. Add all ingredients (except optional toppings) to a jar. Shake well. 

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, divide the blueberry chia oat mixture into 3-4 bowls and top with optional toppings or don't and just EAT UP.
