Crispy Orange Tofu Collard Wrap
This Crispy Orange Tofu Collard Wrap is the best way to eat clean, with tons of asian-inspired flavor and an amazing peanut-free "peanut sauce."

Crispy Orange Tofu ingredients:
package of extra firm or high protein tofu
(sub soy sauce)
(sub potato starch)
collard green leaves
Creamy "Peanut" Sauce
Unwrap and drain the tofu, wrap it in a paper towel, put it on a plate with something heavy on top of the tofu. (This will help it drain.) Let it sit like this for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Unwrap the tofu, and slice it into strips.
Whisk together the marinade ingredients, except the corn starch.
Dip the tofu strips in the marinade until they are completely covered. Then transfer the strips to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Once all the tofu strips are on the baking sheet, sprinkle the strips with corn starch (I used a strainer to sift the corn starch over the tofu.)
Flip the tofu and cover the other side with corn starch.
Bake the tofu for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
