Simple and Healthy Black Bean Dip

This is the perfect healthy & delicious dip to bring to your next party or tailgate!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetarian refried black beans
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (sub 1 garlic clove)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Optional Toppings:

  • pickled jalapenos*
  • salsa

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until mixed, but still slightly chunky. (Unless you like it smooth.)
  3. Refrigerate for 30 min - a few hours before serving.
  4. EAT UP!
