  • 2 cups frozen blackberries
  • 1 packet frozen acai, crushed
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 2% or higher
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Olive Oil Granola Crumble

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 pinches flaky sea salt

  1. Heat a small skillet over medium heat, toss your coconut flakes, sliced almonds, flaxseed, coconut sugar, and sea salt with your Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Toss continuously for 3-5 minutes, or until everything is toasted and browned. Take off heat and set aside, this will allow it to form nice granola-like clumps.

  2. Add your black berries, crushed acai, Greek yogurt and honey to a food processor with an s-blade. Pulse just until smooth. You don't want to over blend!

  3. Scoop your "frozen yogurt" into a bowl and top with granola clumps and seasonal fruit!

  4. EAT UP.
