Chia Pudding Ingredients
1/4cupchia seeds
1cupalmond milk(sub soy or skim)
2tablespoonslemon juice
1/2teaspoonlemon zest
1/2tablespooncoconut nectar(sub agave or honey)
Berry Topping Ingredients
2strawberries, chopped (sub any berry you like!)
1tablespoongoji berries
1tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspooncoconut sugar
1teaspoonhemp seeds
1tablespooncoconut flakes, unsweetened
Instructions
Combine all pudding ingredients in a jar or bowl. Mix well.
Put that jar or bowl in your refrigerator overnight or at least 4-6 hours. Stir the pudding after the first 1-2 hours in the fridge.
To prepare the berry topping, mix all ingredients in a bowl. (For best results, let the berry mixture sit for 20-25 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.)
When you are ready, put your berry topping on top of your chia pudding and DIG IN.
